About Jennifer Bias

Jennifer Bias, Senior Director of Contracts and Operations at Red Team, is responsible for enabling meaningful and productive interaction amongst clients and consultants to ensure project success. She brings over 20 years of GovCon experience, including 10 years active duty Air Force. In addition to managing contracts and operations, Jennifer oversees account management to ensure that the team is optimizing support to clients across all of Red Team’s business offerings.

Jennifer’s experience in the government procurement space spans from various roles within both government and industry with in-depth knowledge of cradle-to-grave contract management and proposal development. Jennifer has supported a variety of efforts ranging from the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) to $1 billion programs as both the Government buyer and industry seller.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a mother of two boys and enjoys working out, attending comedy shows, and helping others organize and decorate their homes and businesses.
