Jenny Frazier serves as Chief of Staff at Red Team Consulting where she partners closely with the President to drive strategic execution, operational alignment, and cross-functional coordination across the business. In this role, she helps ensure the company’s highest-priority initiatives move from concept to execution, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to efforts that shape Red Team’s long-term growth and operations.
With more than a decade at Red Team, Jenny has played a central role in the company’s evolution and brand growth. Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, she led Red Team’s marketing strategy, overseeing corporate positioning, thought leadership, events, and growth campaigns that strengthened the company’s reputation across the government contracting market. She continues to maintain ownership of strategic marketing direction and collaborates with leadership on key business initiatives, company messaging, and market positioning.
Jenny is known for her ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans, align teams around shared priorities, and drive initiatives through completion. She works across leadership, operations, marketing, and growth functions to identify gaps, improve coordination, and support high-impact initiatives that advance the company’s strategic objectives. Her work also includes oversight of corporate culture initiatives, executive alignment, and major company events that strengthen engagement both internally and externally.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys hiking, seeing live music, visiting local breweries, and going on adventures with her husband, Travis, and two daughters, Ava and Fiona.
