About Martin Stengel

Martin Stengel, Director of Growth, owns firm-level revenue attainment and pipeline health at Red Team Consulting. Martin leads sales activity from inception to close, partners with Business Development Managers on deal ownership, and collaborates with Red Team’s leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and build out the firm’s growth team.

Martin brings more than 10 years of experience driving revenue, pipeline, and long-term client relationships across the government contracting landscape. He has built his career selling consultative, services-based offerings to large systems integrators, mid-tier GovCons, and enterprise public sector clients, turning first conversations into multi-year, high-value engagements. Earlier in his career at Kforce, Martin owned and expanded a multi-million-dollar federal portfolio, generating significant revenue and gross profit while consistently maintaining healthy margins through disciplined pricing, retention, and redeployment strategies.

Throughout his career, Martin has partnered with prime federal systems integrators supporting their customers across the DoD, Space, Civilian, and Intelligence markets, including NASA, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Navy, NAVSEA, DHS CISA, DOJ, IRS, Treasury, and the Intelligence Community. He is known for the executive relationships he has built across those customers and partners, and for translating program priorities into execution plans that deliver.

At Red Team, Martin is focused on building the firm’s market presence through relationships, events, thought leadership, and industry association involvement, bringing his network and consultative approach to bear in helping clients compete, grow, and win in the federal market.

Martin resides in Leesburg, Virginia. Outside of work, he is an avid volleyball player and enjoys playing golf as much as possible.
