Debi McGhee, Vice President of Consulting Services, brings more than 35 years of experience in capture and proposal development for the professional services industry in response to government and commercial solicitations. As VP of Consulting Services, Debi oversees the operations and growth of Red Team’s key service areas: Strategic Growth, Capture, Proposals, GWACs/IDIQs, and Training. She focuses on ensuring that both our clients and consultants have the resources they need to achieve growth and success.
Over her career, Debi has led teams of senior executives, capture managers, business developers, functional leads, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver innovative solutions for future company endeavors. Debi is a capture expert and has extensive experience helping companies develop strategies to influence opportunities, strengthen capture activities, establish a qualified team, and provide a solid proposal response. She works closely with Red Team’s consultants to ensure top-quality services in the GovCon space.
When she is not working with her clients, Debi likes to travel, read, and spend time with her family – which includes two adult sons, her husband, and Bailey, her extremely active and lovable pup!
