Rachel manages all things business development at Red Team. As a strategic thinker and relationship builder, Rachel is passionate about delivering solutions that transform businesses. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Maryland. With three years of experience in Business Development and over 10 years in customer service, she understands the importance of hard work and effective communication. Rachel currently sits on the AFCEA Women in NOVA board as the Communications Co-Chair and volunteers with the University of Maryland Alumni Association.

Apart from her professional life, in her free time she is very active within her large family. She spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle by practicing yoga and experimenting with new recipes.
