Sell-side advisory services

Sell-Side Advisory Services

Red Team provides comprehensive sell-side advisory services to help companies scale their growth to achieve maximum returns in preparation for an exit. We work with our clients to develop an exit strategy that aligns with their goals and objectives. Our approach entails preparing our client for exit, identifying buyers that would benefit most by acquiring our client’s business, conducting financial and operational due diligence, and supporting our client throughout the transaction process.

How Does Red Team’s Sell-Side M&A Advisory Work?

Red Team’s sell-side M&A advisory process begins with an initial consultation to understand our client’s exit goals and objectives, as well as their financial and operational capabilities. With a deep understanding of the federal market and extensive partner network of government contracting firms, Red Team is connected to a vast universe of prospective acquirers. Through our research, due diligence, and connections, we will conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify potential buyers who are looking to diversify beyond their existing market, agency portfolio, and capabilities. We will factor in our client’s exit objectives with the goals of a target buyer to determine the most favorable outcome.

Should our client decide to consider a potential transaction or sign a Letter of Intent, Red Team will continue to provide advisory services to ensure our client receives the best possible outcome for their sale. During this time, we may continue to assess the buyer’s internal teams, offer, cultural integration, and longer-term objectives to ensure our client’s goals are met. Red Team will collaborate closely with the client to assess financial offers, multiples, or other key provisions that may impact the eventual sale price.
