Government Contract #1: Assessment Exercise and Modeling and Simulation Support Small Business (AEMSS SMALL)

Program Summary:
The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), has a requirement for Assessment, Exercise, and Modeling and Simulation Support for the Small Business Pool.

 Requirements:

  • Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) seeks performers to integrate, manage, and execute multiple simultaneous projects at varying levels of complexity
  • Quickly mobilize to support DTRA projects CONUS and OCONUS
  • Provide full project management to manage task execution, schedule, and costs
  • Integrate, manage, and direct subcontractor’s activities to provide the government with timely and accurate cost, schedule, and performance reporting to accomplish project goals and objectives
  • Ensure the contractor team is compliant with all security requirements
  • Procure, deliver, track, manage, and/or install essential equipment/materials to assist in the performance of their mission
  • Provide all logistics for its personnel in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations and any supplies, materials, or equipment needed to perform required tasks
  • Support the performance of vulnerability-based assessments to support National Defense objectives
  • Support the performance of Red Team Assessments to support National Defense objectives
  • Perform sophisticated cyber vulnerability analysis
  • Provide training and support to partner agencies and operations
Department of the Treasury
Government Contract #2: Agile Technology Web Apps Support Services

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for Agile Technology/Web Apps Support Services.

Background:
The IRS has made a commitment to provide access to taxpayer’s information for both the taxpayer and other interested stakeholders in order to better manage their needs.  The ability to rapidly provide web-based services and applications is essential to the success of the program. In order to accomplish these goals, the IRS has embraced the idea of rapid delivery services for software development utilizing Agile tools and methods to enhance the Service’s ability to quickly develop the software needed to satisfy the promise made to the American taxpaying public.
