ASHBURN, Va., June 1, 2026 – Red Team Consulting (Red Team) announced today that Martin Stengel has joined the firm as Director of Growth, bringing more than a decade of experience helping government contractors pursue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and navigate complex federal markets.

Throughout his career, Stengel has supported large systems integrators, mid-tier government contractors, and public sector organizations through consultative business development and growth strategies. His experience spans the defense, civilian, intelligence, and space sectors, where he has worked alongside organizations supporting some of the federal government’s most complex missions.

In his role at Red Team, Stengel will work directly with clients to help them evaluate growth priorities, strengthen market positioning, and align the right strategies and resources to support long-term business objectives.
