What to Expect During the Session(s)

Red Team training sessions are substantive engagements. We do not do half-day sessions or hybrid delivery, because neither produces the kind of learning that changes how people work. A session with Red Team is a minimum of one full day, with your team fully present and engaged in live exercises. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Private to your team

Every session is built for and delivered to your team only. The exercises use your context, the examples draw from your market, and the debrief is about your work, not a generic case study.

In person or virtual

We deliver at an on-site or fully virtual with structured exercises, breakout rooms, and live facilitation. We do not do hybrid delivery, because splitting a room between in-person and remote participants consistently produces worse outcomes for both groups.

Full day minimum

Sessions run at least one full day. Multi-day formats are available and common for broader topic scope or larger teams. We will tell you what the right duration looks like based on what you need to cover.

Up to 30 participants

Sessions accommodate teams of up to 30 people. For larger organizations or multiple teams, we can discuss a phased approach.
