Joe provides our clients and consultants an invaluable asset that can rapidly improve current business conditions by using knowledge gained from over 20 years of experience in the US Federal Government IT contracting space. As General Manager, Joe tracks and follows all major IDIQs, GWACs and major agency procurements. He is also a resource of information and training for Red Team’s Capture and Proposal Consultants. He is responsible for supporting live proposal consulting projects, and providing overall strategic guidance and direction for our proposal consulting practice. In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and watching the Nationals win.
