Should our client decide to consider a potential transaction or sign a Letter of Intent, Red Team will continue to provide advisory services to ensure our client receives the best possible outcome for their sale. During this time, we may continue to assess the buyer’s internal teams, offer, cultural integration, and longer-term objectives to ensure our client’s goals are met. Red Team will collaborate closely with the client to assess financial offers, multiples, or other key provisions that may impact the eventual sale price.
