In 2004, Red Team Consulting began as a one-woman show, supporting U.S. Army procurements from a small office just outside Washington, DC. Carole Stoebe launched Red Team with a mission to help government contractors navigate the often-complicated proposal process with confidence, expertise, and integrity.
When Jeff Shen joined in 2006, we began expanding not only our team but our vision. From winning billion-dollar contracts with international clients to launching industry-recognized training programs, we have grown in size, capability, and impact. But we remain grounded in what has driven our success including our people, our clients, and our commitment to honest, practitioner-led support.
We’re proud of the milestones: celebrating our 20th year in business; introducing Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Training as formalized offerings; launching our first annual conference to provide insight and collaboration to growth leaders; and the thousands of businesses we’ve helped grow. We’ve contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to charities through golf tournaments and hands-on volunteer work. And we’ve continually worked to advance industry knowledge and expertise in federal contracting.
Now, as we enter our 21st year, we’re ready for the next chapter.
Today, we are excited to unveil a rebrand that reflects who Red Team is now: a trusted growth partner for government contractors at every stage of development. Our new look and sharper voice reflect the evolution of our services, from a proposal shop to a full-lifecycle growth consultancy offering corporate strategy, business development, capture, proposal, and training support.
The updated logo and visuals reflect a renewed commitment to the values that got us here: honesty, collaboration, empathy, and a continued interest to learn, improve, and contribute to our client’s growth.
Thank you to our employees, partners, and clients for helping us build something lasting. This rebrand is a celebration of everything we’ve accomplished together, and a reflection of the opportunities and successes still ahead.
