Red Team Supports Homestretch Mission with Hands-On Help
ASHBURN, Va., March 31, 2025 – On March 26, Red Team Consulting (Red Team) employees came together to volunteer their time and support Homestretch, a Virginia-based nonprofit that empowers families experiencing homelessness to achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
Together, the team staged a new apartment in Falls Church for a single mother and her two young children preparing to move in. Volunteers handled everything from arranging furniture and setting up the kitchen to hanging pictures, stocking the bathroom, and making beds—ensuring the space felt warm, welcoming, and ready to become a true home.
“This was a deeply fulfilling experience for all of us,” said Carole Stoebe, Founder and Executive Chair of Red Team. “It’s always powerful to step outside of our day-to-day and come together in support of something bigger.”
Red Team believes that giving back strengthens not just the community, but also team bonds. Volunteering is one of the many ways the company lives its values and invests in impact beyond the workplace. Since the company’s founding in 2004, they’re proudly partnered with over 30 nonprofits and charitable organizations, dedicating our time and resources to support those in need.
