Joe Salgado Speaks at TD Synnex Public Sector Federal Summit
ASHBURN, Va., July 26, 2024 – On July 25, Joe Salgado, General Manager of GWACs and IDIQs at Red Team Consulting (Red Team), delivered a presentation on federal contracting trends at the TD SYNNEX Public Sector Federal Summit held in Reston, VA. This two-day event featured industry-leading visionaries sharing the path forward for federal IT solutions, drawing approximately 200 attendees, including a mix of vendors and resellers.
In his speech, Mr. Salgado highlighted the latest contracting trends and strategies that industry stakeholders should consider. He provided an overview of upcoming procurements that all Value Added Resellers (VARs) should be tracking, including NASA SEWP VI and NITAAC’s upcoming “Store” procurement. Additionally, Mr. Salgado offered guidance on preparation strategies for these and other IDIQs and BPAs by examining trends from recent VAR procurements such as Army ITES 4H and DHS’ First Source III procurements.
