Red Team Consulting Volunteers with Homestretch to Beautify Local Community
FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 17, 2024 – Last week, several folks at Red Team Consulting (Red Team) spent the morning volunteering with Homestretch, a local charity dedicated to empowering homeless families to achieve self-sufficiency. Participating in the event were Jeff Shen, President of Red Team, Meghan Ohmer, Director of Growth, Rachel Newman, Business Development Manager, and Jenny Frazier, Senior Director of Marketing and Corporate Culture.
The Red Team volunteers embraced their inner gardeners and spent the morning transforming the front lawn of a Homestretch apartment building into a vibrant oasis. Despite the extreme heat, the team engaged in extensive weeding and planted approximately 30 begonias, adding vibrant color and life to the landscape.
“It was an incredibly fulfilling activity,” said Mrs. Frazier. “Knowing that the Homestretch families would appreciate the beautiful new flowers made all the effort worthwhile.”
