Red Team Consulting Welcomes Louis Krass as Senior Consultant

ASHBURN, Va., June 1, 2024 – Red Team Consulting (Red Team) is pleased to announce the addition of Louis Krass as a Senior Consultant, effective June 1. Mr. Krass, who has previously provided clients with proposal management and capture support for Red Team in a 1099 capacity, brings over 30 years of management consulting experience to his new role.

Educated in Engineering, Accounting, and Financial Management, Mr. Krass has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Unisys Defense Systems. His extensive background includes leading large, complex transformational initiatives that have driven significant financial and operational improvements across both private and public sectors.

Mr. Krass is well-versed in managing globally dispersed teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. His strengths lie in incorporating industry trends and best practices into tailored solutions, analyzing businesses, and developing effective strategies to address complex business challenges. His core competencies encompass a wide range of areas, including Agile Project Methods, Proposal Management, Capture Management, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Continuous Improvement, and more.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Krass is a dedicated sports enthusiast, frequently attending Phillies games. He is also committed to community service, actively participating in blood drives with the American Red Cross.
