Carolina Molinari Joins Red Team Consulting as Senior Consultant
ASHBURN, Va., May 21, 2024 – Red Team Consulting (Red Team) is excited to announce the addition of Carolina Molinari as a Senior Consultant on May 1. Previously working with Red Team in a 1099 capacity, Mrs. Molinari joins the team in a full-time role, where she provides clients with exceptional proposal management and capture support.
With over 20 years of experience in proposal management and capture activities across both government and commercial marketplaces, Mrs. Molinari brings a wealth of expertise to Red Team. Her background includes working with industry-leading technology and professional services organizations, where she has been instrumental in shaping growth strategies and training senior leadership in capture and proposal best practices.
Mrs. Molinari began her career in proposals like many in the industry, by happenstance.
“I started working with proposals in 2003 accidentally – don’t we all?” said Mrs. Molinari. “I was a good fit for a role as a proposal specialist and simply stumbled in at that time with the best in the industry, which included Joe Salgado, Carole Stoebe, Jeff Shen amongst some other exceptional talent. I had the opportunity to be coached and to focus on professional development, and eventually started working on the most important opportunities within that organization as a senior proposal manager. The people that you work with really shape your career. I am so grateful for the talented and generous professionals that I crossed paths and learned from over my 20+ years working in this industry.”
Mrs. Molinari is known for her strong analytical skills and her ability to build consensus, both of which contribute to improving organizations’ win rates. Her strategic insights and hands-on approach make her a valuable asset to clients seeking to enhance their proposal and capture processes.

Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Molinari enjoys a variety of activities including traveling, exploring new restaurants, taking dancing lessons, working out, and trying new hobbies.
