Red Team Consulting Hosts 11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, Raising $20,000 for Homestretch
LEESBURG, Va., May 20, 2024 – On May 16, Red Team Consulting (Red Team) held their 11th annual charity golf tournament at Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club in Leesburg, VA. With over 80 enthusiastic golfers in attendance, the weather was perfect—75 degrees and sunny—for a day of golf, camaraderie, and raising money for charity.
Thanks to the generous contributions of participants and sponsors, Red Team raised $20,000 to benefit Homestretch, an organization dedicated to helping families experiencing homelessness in Virginia achieve self-sufficiency. For 33 years, Homestretch has empowered families with the skills, knowledge, and hope needed to become productive members of the community.
The funds raised will directly support a Homestretch family—a single mother and her two young children, ages 4 and 2—by covering their rent, utilities, car loan, and other essential expenses for a year.
Jenny Frazier, Senior Director of Marketing and Corporate Culture at Red Team, emphasized the importance of the event: “This annual charity tournament is crucial because it not only uplifts those in our community who need help, but also brings together folks from government and industry to connect and have fun.”
