Government Contract #1: Information Technology and Database Applications Support Services

Program Summary:
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for IT and Database Application Support Services.
Requirements:
If awarded, the contractor shall adhere to these requirements:
- Provide information technology and database application support services in developing IT models, IT standard reference implementations, IT tools, to develop standard reference database applications, and archival data sets
- Provide all support for project oversight, equipment, administration, and technical execution of this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project activities. The work includes, at a minimum, all of the following:
- Provide a Project Manager to perform contract administration for all awarded task orders. The Project Manager shall maintain status of deliverables for all task orders awarded under this IDIQ contract using Redmine application. The Government shall provide access to the application at no cost to the Contractor. Deliverable status shall be updated on a monthly basis unless otherwise indicated in a given task order
- Comply with security processing requirements for contractors/subcontractors described herein.
- Processing H-1 visas for foreign nationals that are used to provide technical support services on given task orders. This requirement includes providing information needed for the NIST Associates Information System (NAIS).
- Perform technical support services as specified in each individual task order. Individual task orders will provide specific details for that specific requirement
Government Contract #2: Strategy and Business Solutions Support (SBSS)

The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), may have a continuing requirement for Development and Business Center (DBC) Software Development Support Services.
Background:
DISA’s mission is to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation.
DISA is a combat support agency of the Department of Defense (DoD). The agency is composed of more than 8,000 military and civilian employees. The agency provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.
Requirements:
