Integration may include the integration of technical components, organizational components, and documentation.

Program Summary:
The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) has a requirement for a contract solution that may be used to satisfy the needs of Department of Defense FEDSIM clients for operations, maintenance, readiness, development, research and development, hardware, and systems integration of manned, unmanned, and optionally manned systems, robotics, and platforms, as well as the services that support those systems, robotics, and platforms within the realm of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).

 Requirements:
The scope includes operations, maintenance, readiness, development, systems integration, business support, research and development, and platform as a service for manned, unmanned, and optionally manned systems, robotics, and platforms, as well as the services that support those systems, robotics, and platforms. These requirements include the following domains:

  • Operations
  • Maintenance/Readiness
  • Development/Systems Integration
  • Support
  • Research and Development

The scope of ASTRO spans many areas of expertise and includes any and all components required to formulate a total solution to a requirement, except for those services and products specifically prohibited in this contract. Solutions may include Ancillary Support Services and/or Ancillary Support Products. Requirements may call for solutions that cross over multiple disciplines, including:

  • Include ancillary support services and/or products
  • Require commercial and/or non-commercial items
  • Require professional and/or non-professional labor
  • Use a variety of contract types including fixed-price (all types)
  • Cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types
  • These systems, robotics, and platforms may be based on land, air, sea, and/or space

Professional Administration Logistics and Management Services Small Business (PALMS SB)

The US Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a continuing requirement for Professional, Administration, Logistics, and Management Services (PALMS) formerly known as Solutions for Administrative and Program Support (SOAPS).

Requirements:
The FBI intends the scope of PALMS SB to span many areas of expertise and include any and all components required to formulate a total solution to a professional services based requirement. The anticipated areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following categories.

  • Security
  • Transportation
