The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Installation Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Readiness Directorate, Requirements and Acquisition Division (AFCEC/CXA), Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) Branch has a requirement for the provision of a contract mechanism that contains the capability to provide contingency planning, deployment; training/equipping of forces, and emergency/contingency construction, logistics/commodities, and services.
