Summary of Requirements: The awardee should adhere to the objectives of this contract and readily provide available support. The objectives for the contract are as follows:

- To assess the cost-effectiveness and economic impacts of transportation infrastructure investments.
- To assess how mobility, socio-economic and technology trends are shaping transportation policy needs in the future.
- To assess options for paying for and efficiently delivering transportation investments.
- To help facilitate discussion of the policy and strategic implications of the changing transportation system.
- To develop and refine the tools, data and information needed to analyze current trends and emerging issues relating to transportation and to assist the FHWA in formulating policy positions in these areas.
- To develop new tools and refine existing tools for quantitatively assessing the relationships among current and future highway investment, transportation system performance, and the economy.
- To enhance the agency’s strategic planning and performance management processes and products through the development of analytical tools, procedures and reports.
- To develop, improve, and innovate data collection and processing systems and methods with the goal of timely and quality data to enable the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of transportation system characteristics.
- To design and implement national and regional travel behavior data collection and analysis and devise new data collection methods.
- To design and operate integrated data system to enable efficient and timely analysis of broad scope of data.
- To analyze intergovernmental policy issues relating to the relationships among the Federal government, States, cities, and Indian tribal governments, and to investigate broader issues that may impact future policy decisions, budgetary processes, and legislative recommendations.
- To develop and refine the tools and information needed to formulate program policy positions in areas relating to procurement and revenue mechanisms, public-private partnerships, innovative finance and other aspects of project development.
- To undertake studies relating to the international transfer of transportation innovations and practices and to facilitate international technical collaboration.

The Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has a requirement for Provider Enrollment and Oversight IDIQ contract to detect, prevent, and proactively deter fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Summary of Requirements: The Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is responsible for the financial leadership of DOL and its primary duty is to uphold strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control.
The Office of Financial Systems (OFS) provides state of the art technology to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent, and timely financial information for DOL management, the President, other Cabinet agencies, and Congress. In addition, OFS develops, maintains, and operates DOL’s core financial management system and related centralized financial systems. The core financial system is supported by a program management office of seven FTE. There is additional support provided by contractors.
