In this role, Keara will support the company’s growth efforts by working closely with Blake Harvey, Vice President of Growth, to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand Red Team’s footprint in the government contracting market.

As Business Development Manager, Keara will be responsible for driving engagement with prospective clients, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with current partners. Her efforts will focus on aligning Red Team’s services with client needs, fostering meaningful collaborations, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
