In case you don’t already know Jenn, we wanted to share a brief Q&A so that you can learn a little more about her, both professionally and personally.
Q: As the Senior Director of Contracts and Operations, how do you envision your role shaping Red Team’s influence and contributions within the industry?
A: I envision my role shaping our influence and contributions within the industry by diving into our clients’ most persistent needs and top priorities to determine how our team of experts can make the greatest impact. This will not only entail providing top-notch support in Business Development, Capture, and Proposals, but also helping to educate and train industry partners on the government landscape while working to truly understand and meet government needs.
Q: How will Red Team’s enhanced operations team improve the client experience and support their needs more effectively?
A: Red Team’s enhanced operations team will improve the client experience, as we will have dedicated staff managing client accounts holistically rather than just project by project. This will help us support our clients’ needs more effectively by gaining an understanding of the entire client picture in terms of their priorities and goals. Additionally, adding members to the operations team will allow us to analyze current operational processes to find efficiencies and reduce administrative bottlenecks. This way, we can focus on our top priority – helping our clients grow!
Q: What’s your favorite thing about working at Red Team?
A: My favorite thing about working at Red Team is hands down the people I get to work with everyday. Our team consists of super smart, ultra professional people who are willing to jump in to solve problems and get things done for the benefit of our clients. Each and every one of us has our individual personalities, interests, and areas of expertise, but somehow all vibe so well as a cohesive unit. It’s never a dull day at Red Team!
Q:And now for some fun questions…What is your spirit animal and why?
A: I would say that my spirit animal is the tiger. Being of Korean and Taiwanese descent, my birth year is the year of the tiger in the Chinese zodiac. With that, I feel truly aligned to a lot of the characteristics of the tiger – independent, ambitious, just, and patient.
Q: What is your favorite emoji and why?
A: It is hard to choose just one – I love using emojis to emphasize how I feel about something. If I have to choose one, I would have to go with the 💪 emoji. It can apply to so many different conversations and exudes positivity, confidence, and celebration for accomplishments.
Q: If you had to delete all but 3 apps from your smartphone, which ones would you keep?
A: Yikes! How is it possible to choose just three?! Ummm…let’s go with Apple Music, DoorDash, and Balance. Music is a must have because I need to jam out while I work, drive, clean, workout…everything! DoorDash because…well…I love food. Balance because meditation keeps me focused, mentally healthy, and motivated.
Thanks, Jenn! We look forward to seeing you flourish in this role.
