Red Team Consulting’s Tris Carpenter Presents at NVSBC Huntsville Engagement Lunch

ASHBURN, Va., June 20, 2024 – On June 18, Red Team Consulting’s (Red Team) General Manager of Strategic Growth, Tris Carpenter, delivered an insightful presentation on Army ACC Enterprise for Sourcing Services (ACCESS) at the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) Huntsville Engagement Lunch in Huntsville, Al. Mr. Carpenter’s presentation covered several critical topics aimed at helping businesses align their strategies with the expanded scope of ACCESS, a 10-year, $50B Army contract vehicle, to meet evolving requirements.

Key points of Mr. Carpenter’s presentation included:

  • Aligning Business Strategies: Understanding how to align business strategies with the broader scope of ACCESS to meet evolving requirements.
  • Calculating Scoring Potential: Evaluating scoring potential based on anticipated capability, experience, and systems/notifications.
  • Task Determination: Identifying high-level and low-level tasks to pursue.
  • Monitoring Updates: Staying up to date with the latest releases of information from Army by monitoring

The presentation was well-received, with more than 60 participants actively engaging in the session. The audience included a diverse mix of companies from various sectors such as IT, engineering, facilities, and construction. The Q&A session was dynamic, resulting in relevant questions and promising leads for follow-up.

Janelle Askew, Director of Engagement at NVSBC, noted the event’s success, highlighting that attendance was double their usual size, with half the crowd being new to NVSBC.
