The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of Acquisitions has a continuing requirement for Integrated and Professional Acquisitions Support Services (IPASS).

Requirements:
The potential scope will span many CORE areas of expertise and include components required to formulate a total solution to meet all SEC professional service requirements.

Professional Legal Support Services include all services related to leading, facilitating, and ensuring the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of SEC legal activities and legal systems.

Professional Program Management services include all services related to leading, facilitating, and ensuring the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, integration, and evaluation of programmatic activities, and administrative systems within SEC Divisions, Offices, and Regional Offices. Government Contract #2: Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS)

Program Summary:
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) may have a continuing requirement for Enterprise License Agreements for Enterprise Software Solutions.

Previous Requirements:
The contractor shall provide enterprise license agreements for Enterprise Software Solutions for the entire department including these areas:

  • Application Infrastructure
  • Backup and Storage
  • Security

The individual BPAs are designed to provide a certain software from a specific provider. The following list shows which provider is responsible for what software:

  • F5 Networks – Dell Federal Systems
  • IBM – ESCGov, Inc.
  • McAfee – ImmixTechnology, Inc.
  • NetApp – UNICOM Government Inc.
  • Quantum – GovPlace
  • Symantec – UNICOM Government Inc.
  • VMWare – GovPlace

Benefits of the Current ESS BPAs include:

  • Provide software licenses and maintenance for Application Infrastructure, Backup and Storage, and Security by download or media for each order issued
  • Existing licenses and maintenance contracts from various outside vendors can be migrated under the Enterprise Software Solutions BPA
  • Existing and future maintenance contracts will be co-terminated to one anniversary date
  • Current license upgrades and transfer of licenses within and between DHS organizations at no additional cost
  • Opportunity to negotiate additional discounts at the order level
  • Licenses and maintenance costs will be centrally tracked under one license portal

Government Contract #3: Consolidated IT and Cyber Security Support Services for NNSA OCIO

Program Summary:
The Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of the Chief Information Officer, may have a continuing requirement for Consolidated IT and Cyber Security Support Services.

Background:
The NNSA is responsible for the management and security of the nation’s nuclear weapons, nuclear non-proliferation, and naval reactor programs. It also responds to nuclear and radiological emergencies in the United States and abroad. Additionally, NNSA federal agents provide safe and secure transportation of nuclear weapons and components and special nuclear materials along with other missions supporting the national security.

The OCIO has the responsibility to foster a culture of information sharing and ensure that investments in Information Technology (IT) systems and projects across the NNSA are coordinated, have the necessary cybersecurity protection, and are in alignment with the NNSA Strategic Plan and Department of Energy (DOE) requirements and objectives. The NNSA OCIO is responsible for:

  • Setting the strategic direction for information management within NNSA
  • Exploring and advancing new technologies within NNSA
  • Developing a NNSA enterprise-wide information infrastructure for the future
  • Protecting and defending NNSA information and information systems, from the perimeter to the end user, by ensuring data availability, integrity, and confidentiality
  • NNSA enterprise information security risk management framework and Federal oversight of the enterprise information security risk management
