Summary of Requirements: The US Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) may have a continuing requirement for the Information Technology Acquisition Program (ITAP). DOJ FBI has the following requirements:

  • Information Technology Refresh Program (formally TRP now known as Prevention of Information Technology Obsolescence) on existing information technology equipment deployed in FBI Headquarters and Field Offices
  • The equipment and services to be purchased falls within the following areas: workstations/desktops; laptops; printers/scanners; servers; network storage; backup/recovery; other IT related equipment; asset recovery
  • The vendor must be able to:
    • Provide support services to assist the government with obtaining extended maintenance
    • Maintainaccountable property
    • Process orders for equipment

Summary of Requirements: The Department of the Army, Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Army Evaluation Center (AEC), has a continuing requirement for test and evaluation support. The agency requirements are as follows:

  • Provide analytical support of evaluations including, but not limited to: assistance in evaluation and analysis planning and methodology; assistance in preparation and review of test and evaluation (T&E) documentation; data reduction and analysis support on-site during testing and post-test; and assistance in preparing input to draft system assessment and evaluation documents.
  • Contractors must be familiar with the system specific acquisition documentation, evaluation requirements, and DoD, Army and ATEC regulations, pamphlets, instructions and guidance. Continuous evaluation support will be requested in the following functional areas: Ballistic Missile Defense; Aviation-Fires; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance; Mounted Systems; Soldier and Support Systems; Integrated Suitability and Methodology; and Survivability.
  • Performance Requirements include, but are not limited to:
    • T&E support
    • Data and database management
    • Evaluation, analytical, and verification support
    • Methodologies, studies, and analysis
    • Scientific and technical services
    • Test and safety management
    • Progress and labor reporting

Summary of Requirements: The Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT) Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) may having a continuing requirement for Program Management Support Services 4 (PMSS-4). The previous requirements include:

  • Provide the full range of information technology-related program management support services, to include:
    • Advisory and acquisition consulting services, required by PEO EIS headquarters, directorates, program/project/product offices, and PEO EIS related organizations in support of various missions and of command, control, and communications activities.
  • Provide the requiring offices with the means to acquire and select from new sources of assets and capabilities to support their program management support services requirements.
  • Successful PMSS-3 contractors shall ensure that a broad range of expertise is available in many disciplines and specifically in the functional areas of:
    • Program/Project/Product Management
    • Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
    • Information Systems Security
    • Contingency Planning
    • Physical Security
    • Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation
