About Neal Levene

Neal Levene, General Manager of Training, focuses on elevating Red Team’s training programs to deliver a unique offering and unparalleled value to our clients, ensuring they have the skills and insights to achieve their growth objectives. In addition to leading Red Team’s training service, Neal provides clients a variety of capture and proposal management services gained from his over 30 years of experience in the US Federal and DoD contracting space.

Neal is a hands-on leader having been a President of three companies and Director of Proposals at four organizations. He is a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, possesses a wealth of expertise in the end-to-end business development life cycle, leading and managing complex proposals, conducting meticulous reviews, and orchestrating meticulous proposal planning and development for complex, strategic engagements.

In his spare time, Neal is very active with the Association of Bid and Proposal Management (APMP), where he is on the Board of Directors for the National Capital Chapter. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
