Jennifer Kirkhoff, General Manager of Capture, brings more than 29 years of experience leading large captures, building growth organizations, and developing and leading interdisciplinary teams for organizations such as Deloitte, Philips, Westat, and ICF. She provides a deep understanding of the federal marketplace, federal procurement and competitive landscape. Jennifer supports go-to-market strategies, account plans, capture strategies and tactical activities, competitive analyses and partner relationship development. She has a demonstrated track record of adding growth infrastructure to maturing organizations, growth team building, capture mentoring, and capture and growth training course development.
Jenn’s experience combined with her background in marketing, economics and organizational behavior helps her to focus on “the why and how” customers buy, and how your organization can develop solutions in response to customer challenges and needs. She has worked with a variety of types and sizes of businesses which enable her to successfully support organizational growth.
When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her teenage son and two cats. She also enjoys traveling, reading, rowing and connecting and catching up with friends in one of many local coffee shops.
